WEEKLY NEWS
Since KBIM-TV in Roswell stopped airing local news, there's nowhere on TV that folks in Southeastern New Mexico can go to see what's happening in the area. Anchorperson Cody Price brings you the latest on what's happening here and she's joined by Debbie Brown to let you know what kind of weather you can expect -- besides wind.
AIRS: Friday nights at 6:30 pm and the same episode airs again Sunday night at 7:30 pm. You can also catch weekly segments right here on our web site by scrolling down on the Home Page.
UPCOMING NEW SHOWS
Soon we'll be premiering a new show to help kids get into reading. It's called Enchanted Storytime and is hosted by Stayce Smith. Stay tuned for more info!
Next up will be Yesterday where we will be showcasing interviews, legends, and stories about the immediate area. There's a rich history here that's known only by some of the older folk around town and we want them to tell us (and you) about it in their own words. Those words will be interwoven with photos, film or video footage, re-enactments, graphics, and more to bring them to life and preserve them for future generations.
Coming soon will be Truth Hunters as we track down the information behind local eerie legends. These will include everything from local UFO sightings (AND crashes) in nearby Roswell, New Mexico to ghosts in Haunted Schools, vicious Chupacabras and the occasional Flame-Breathing Giant Snake! We're all looking forward to sinking our fangs into this one!
Next year we'll be producing our first feature and also our first fiction television show! We're always preparing to add new shows and try new things here at Artesia's Channel 6, so check back frequently to see what we're up to next.
