MORE INDEPENDENT PROGRAMMING
The next big step we're adding here at Artesia's Channel 6 is to bring in more Independent Programming from companies all over the place. There's plenty of wonderful work out there and we want to help show it off. Stay tuned to see what we're bringing in and be sure to regularly check out our Waiting in the Wings section.
UPCOMING NEW SHOWS
We'll soon be premiering a new show to help kids get into reading. First episodes will be shot next week, so stay tuned for more info!
Next up will be Yesterday where we will be showcasing interviews, legends, and stories about the immediate area. There's a rich history here that's known only by some of the older folk around town and we want them to tell us (and you) about it in their own words. Those words will be interwoven with photos, film or video footage, re-enactments, graphics, and more to bring them to life and preserve them for future generations. This show is scheduled to begin airing in late August.
Soon, we plan to start airing Truth Hunters as we track down the information behind local legends. These will include everything from local UFO sightings (AND crashes) in nearby Roswell, New Mexico to Ghosts in Haunted Schools, vicious Chupacabras and the occasional Flame-Breathing Giant Snake. We're all looking forward to sinking our fangs into this one!
We're getting ready to produce our first feature and also (soon) our first fiction television show! We're always preparing to add new shows and try new things here at Artesia's Channel 6, so check back frequently to see what we're up to next!
